Four Principles For Winning The Battle For Your Mind

Four Principles For Winning The Battle For Your Mind

We have looked at:

  1. Don’t Believe Everything You Think
  2. Guard Your Mind From Garbage
  3. Never Let Up On Learning

We continue with the final thought:

  1. Let God Stretch Your Imagination

If we are going to learn, and teach others, how to fight the battle for the mind, we must learn how to let God stretch our imaginations.

Everything that happens in life begins with a dream. Somebody has to imagine it first.

This is a gift that God gave to us, the ability to dream and envision and imagine something before it comes into reality. The word vision relates to dreaming. Prov. 29:18

When we do not have a vision or dream or goal for our lives, our lives are out of control.

If you are a thinker, you need to do more. If you are a doer, you need to think more.

As we close there are five things to remember in our own lives and to teach others.

We want to us the word THINK

T-Test every thought, Psa. 139:23-24

H-Helmet your head, Eph. 6:17

I- Imagine great thoughts, Phil. 4:8

N-Nourish a Godly mind, Psa. 119:15

K-Keep on learning, I Tim. 4:15
